Bobby responded to his heartwarming wish and posted in the comment section: "Love you Bhaiya you are my everything."

Bobby played the key antagonist Abrar Haque in Ranbir Kapoor's last released movie Animal which was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Fans appreciated his performance in the movie specifically his entry scene where he could be seen dancing to the Iranian track Jamal Kudu.

Not only the song, Bobby's dance moves and expressions went viral and became the talk of the country last month.

Bobby's strong entry in Bollywood in 90s with Barsaat and  Gupt: The Hidden Truth

Long-haired and dreamy-eyed Bobby Deol, who is the younger son of veteran actor Dharmendra, made his Bollywood debut in Barsaat (1995).

Bobby won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for Barsaat which also marked the silverscreen debut of Twinkle Khanna.

He established himself as a lead with the top-grossing films Gupt (1997), Soldier (1998), Badal (2000), Bichhoo (2000), Ajnabee (2001), and Humraaz (2002).

Slow growth in career

After his powerful debut and initial run at the Box Office, Bobby Deol's career suffered a major jolt in the upcoming years where he appeared in multi starrers like Apne (2007), Yamla Pagla Deewana (2011), Race 3 (2018) and Housefull 4 (2019).

Return of Lord Bobby

Bobby, however, made an equally eventful comeback on the OTT platform with digital ventures like Class of '83 (2020), Aashram (2020–present).

2023 marked his major return to the big screen with Animal.

A busy time ahead

Bobby will next be seen in Tamil fantasy movie Kanguva.
