Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone's action-thriller Fighter witnesses drop in Box Office collection on Day 6
After a steady performance for the first four days, Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan's latest released IAF action thriller Fighter witnessed a slump at the Box Office for the past two days.
The movie recorded Rs. 7.5 crore collection at the Box Office on Tuesday, lower than Rs. 8 crore registered a day before.
The movie earned Rs.8 crore on Monday at the domestic box office.
As per Sacnilk.com, the action thriller registered Rs. 134 crores at the Box Office so far.
Fighter earned positive reviews
Fighter, which has garnered positive reviews, has references to the 2019 Pulwama terror attack, where 40 Indian soldiers were martyred, and the Indian Air Force (IAF)'s air strike which was a counter-response to the militants based in India's hostile neighbour Pakistan.
The action-packed film features Hrithik, Deepika and Anil Kapoor as the Indian Air Force (IAF) officers.
Apart from the bonding as IAF officers, Hrithik and Deepika are shown as romancing in the film, which has not been allowed to release in all Gulf countries except UAE.
Fighter is the first film where Hrithik and Deepika, two enormously popular actors of the country, shared screen space together.
Siddharth had previously directed Hrithik in two of his films, Bang Bang and War while Deepika in Bachna Ae Haseeno and Pathaan.
