Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood star Alia Bhatt and young actor Vedang Raina starrer Jigra's teaser trailer will be released by the makers on September 8.

Alia posted on X, "Dum hai...Satya mein dum hai! #JIGRA TEASER TRAILER OUT ON 8TH SEPTEMBER."

The Vasan Bala directorial is the first film where Alia's production house Eternal Sunshine collaborated with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

The film, which will hit the big screens on October 11, is about a sister's love for her brother and how she would protect him.

On Thursday, two new posters of the film were unveiled by the makers.

In one of the new posters, Alia is seen as protective of her co-star Vedang Raina, who plays her brother in the film. Vedang made his debut with The Archies.

Alia wrote in the caption, "Tu mere protection mein hai (You are protected by me)."

"Kahaani bahut lambi hai aur bhai ke paas waqt bahut bahut kam (The story is long while my brother has a limited time)" says Alia sharing another poster on her X handle.

Alia's last Bollywood film was Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, a blockbuster which was released in 2023.
