Shakti to play Parvez Tak in a short film based on actress Laila Khan and her Murder trial

Mumbai, July 27 (IBNS): Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor will be seen in an upcoming movie based on the sensational Laila Khan Murder Case.

The scintillating news that rocked the entire nation will soon be made into a short film, directed by the Rakhi Sawant's brother Rakesh Sawant.

Rakesh Sawant has worked with Laila Khan in his directorial venture Wafa: A Deadly Love Story, along with Rajesh Khanna.

According to the sources, Shakti Kapoor will be seen playing the character of Parvez Tak in the movie titled Laila. The man who killed his step wife, and his step-children out of rage.

The actor was stunned when narrated the script and agreed to it immediately.

The movie that was shot in Assam is in post production stage.

The makers are targeting Cannes for a better exposure.
