Mumbai, Sept 1 (IBNS) Bollywood actress and Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez is all set to write a book about beauty secrets that will provide the readers with rich details about her flawless skins and tips to ensure the same for them.

Jacqueline, who identifies herself as a vegan, is practicing a new-age skin diet and avoids the intake of sugar.

About her regime she said, “It's called a skin diet but it's not about getting skinny. This is about maintaining the PH levels in your skin through a balanced diet of acidic and alkaline food.”

She also gave out important tips on how to deal with the on growing teenage problem of ache.

The leggy beauty said, “It all comes down to what you put in your mouth. The idea of the book came to me when I was asked to blog about fitness. I decided instead to compile my journey to no eye bags, no stomach aches and no eczema through 12 chapters of a book.”

'Jackie' is currently busy shooting for Rohit Dhawan’s Dishoom with Varun Dhawan and John Abraham. She has also undertaken a new project, Remo D'souza's: A Flying Jatt with Tiger Shroff.

The shoots have kept her on her toes and reaffirmed the importance of remaining fit and healthy. She says, “All my co-stars are so fit and keep me on my toes. I'm doing a lot of action this year and need to be strong and immune to injury.”
