Bollywood film-maker Mahesh Bhatt celebrates his 67th Birthday

Mumbai, Sept 20 (IBNS) Bollywood film-maker Mahesh Bhatt celebrated his 67th Birthday on Sunday.
Bhatt was born in the year 1948 to Nanabhai Bhatt and Shirin Mohammad Ali in Bombay (present day Mumbai).

Along with his brother, producer Mukesh Bhatt, he owns a production company Vishesh Films that have churned out film like Aashiqui, a cult hit. Others include Sadak, Gumrah, Criminal, Aashiqui 2, and Murder to name a few.

Bhatt is the father of Actor-Director Puja Bhatt, actress Alia Bhatt and is the uncle of popular Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi.

On his birthday, fans and friends took to Twitter to pour in their Birthday wishes.

Bhatt’s elder daughter Pooja wrote: “To my greatest life source.You give me strength to question on! Generosity,courage,life!Happy Birthday Pops! Love you to death and beyond!”

Movie giants, PVR Cinemas wrote: “We wish filmmaker @MaheshNBhatt a very happy birthday #happybirthday #MaheshBhatt.”

Another film company, Mukta Arts wrote: “Wishing Mahesh Bhatt a very #HappyBirthday.”
