Atul Kasbekar debuts as producer with Neerja

Mumbai, Feb 19 (IBNS): Renowned photographer Atul Kasbekar has donned the hat of a producer with Neerja.
The ace photographer who is known to capture and highlight portfolios in a frame has taken his talent a notch higher by being associated with a film, Neerja.

Atul took it upon himself and contributed immensely to the making of Neerja.

From indulging in pre production to visiting the film sets, Atul is leaving no stone unturned and has been on the forefront of the promotions of Neerja too.

Atul Kasbekar shares, "The reason we chose Neerja as a subject was that with 20 plus years of goodwill as a photographer I could quiet easily put together a simpler project. If we pulled off what seemed like an impossible project on paper then I think it would give a lot of street credibility to Bling and myself as bonafied producer who can pull off something very very difficult. This was an extremely difficult project on all counts to manage to pull off."

Directed by Ram Madhvani, produced by Atul Kasbekar and presented by Fox Star Studios, Neerja is  a film based on the heroic story of Neerja Bhanot who sacrificed her life while saving passengers from terrorists on board the hijacked Pan Am Flight 73 on 5 September 1986.

The film has released on Friday.
