Dilip Kumar acquitted in 18-yr-old cheque bounce case
Dilip Kumar, 94, was not present in court.
The case involved a Kolkata-based business company named GK Exim India Private Limited.
Kumar, who was the honorary chairman back in 1998, was implicated in the case along with three other directors due to the post that he held.
The court on Tuesday acquitted Dilip Kumar and another accused of all charges.
It also held two directors 'guilty' in the case.
On Monday, Kumar's wife Saira Banu sought 'prayers and support' from fans of the actor.
In a series of tweets, she wrote that her husband was suffering from 'neurological problems' but had never asked for the case to be adjourned.
