Mumbai, Aug 21 (IBNS): In a new twist, the case diary of Bollywood actor Salman Khan's hit and run case has gone missing.

The Mumbai Police informed the court regarding this issue in the last hearing.

The court has reportedly asked the prosecution to file a report on the next plan of action.

The Mumbai Police have been asked to locate the papers by Sept 12.

In 2002, the actor driving a SUV had run into a bakery in suburban Bandra, and the accident took the life of one pavement dweller while injuring four persons sleeping on the pavement outside.
