Mumbai, Sept 21 (IBNS): Bollywood's one of the most successful actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan turned 34 years of age on Sunday.
Hailing from the celebrated Kapoor family, Kareena has mesmerised her fans by playing some memorable and challenging characters on the silver screen and has established herself  as one of Bollywood's highest-paid actresses. 
 
She has also delivered some of Bollywood's famous item songs.
 
Kareena, who had started her career with 'Refugee', has worked in several hit films over the years including 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham','Jab We Met , '3 Idiots' and 'Talaash: The Answer Lies Within' among others.
 
She has also bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her performance in 'Jab We Met'.
 
She is undoubtedly regarded as one of the leading Hindi films actresses of today and more so after she featured in some top grossing Bollywood films like 'Golmaal 3', 'Bodyguard' and 'Kurbaan'.
 
Kareena earned wide critical acclaim for her role in the 2012 drama 'Heroine'.
 
She is one of the few Hindi films actresses who has been witnessed trying out different kind of genres such as 'Satyagraha', 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' and the heavy grosser 'Singham Returns' recently.
 
Kareena tied the nuptial knot with actor-producer Saif Ali Khan in 2012.
 
The birthday girl has her kitty pretty full with upcoming films like: 'Gabbar', 'Bombay Samurai' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'.
