Mumbai, Sept 16 (IBNS): After a smashing debut in 'Sanam Teri Kasam' Harshvardhan Rane is now wowing the audience with his performance in the short film 'Khamakha'.

The actor's earning high praise not only from his fans but also the industry. And one of the biggest compliments came his way in the form of John Abraham's tweet who wrote, "A very sweet shortfilm!! Congratulations to my brother @harsha_actor and @PhadnisManjari"

Also all praises for the actor was filmmaker Sajid Khan as he tweeted, "what a sweet n topical #HindiDiwas  short film starring my buddy @harsha_actor  "

Thrilled with the encouraging tweet from the Bollywood star who can actually be credited for discovering Harshvardhan for his production Satra Ko Shaadi Hai, he tweeted back saying, "Our #THOR with a heart of the size of his hammer @TheJohnAbraham,
Thank you!!! hope to always keep u proud :)"
And to Sajid he replied, "Thankyou so much senior  You are the sweetest dost  anyone can have :) @SimplySajidK"

Harshvardhan's sweet romantic act in the short film 'Khamakha' is quite a contrast from the intense role that he portrayed in STK and his fans seem to be enjoying his new onscreen avatar just as much. "Well there's a special reason I had done this film as it very simply and beautifully points out the bias we tend to have about non-English speakers and I felt it was perfect for Hindi Diwas. I am humbled with the overwhelming response and that people are loving the film and my performance too," says the actor as the compliments flowing his way on the social networking sites continue. Well way to go Harshvardhan!
