Dilip Kumar turns 94, Bollywood wishes

Mumbai, Dec 11 (IBNS): Original superstar of Bollywood Dilip Kumar, who is undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital since last week, turned 94 on Sunday.

Dilip Kumar is known for his performance in movies like Devdas, Naya Daur and Mughal-E-Azam.

Bollywood celebrities wished the actor on the occasion.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan tweeted: "T 2468 - To the greatest .. Dilip Kumar .. on his birthday Dec 11, wishes prayers and duas for good health and happiness."

Actress Juhi Chawla said: "Happy birthday @TheDilipKumar Sahab..!! Wishing peace and good heath to one of the greatest stars of the Indian screen ."

Director Mahesh Bhatt posted: "Happy Birthday Dilip Saab ! Inhaling the memories of the time spent in your company makes life glow. Thank u Sir !!!."

Actress Shabana Azmi said: "To the Aakhri Mughal of the Hindi film industry.. Salgirah mubarak @TheDilipKumar You have been such an inspiration to millions.Respect."

Dilip Kumar admitted to hospital last week.

He , however, assured his fans that he was feeling much better.

"Feeling much better now. Was admitted to Lilavati hospital for routine checkup. Your prayers are with me," the actor had tweeted on Dec 7.
