Sunny Leone reacts to Ram Gopal Varma's women's day remark

Mumbai, Mar 10 (IBNS): Actress Sunny Leone on Friday gave her first reaction on twitter to film director Ram Gopal Varma's women's day remark where he mentioned about the actress.

Ram Gopal Varma, while speaking about women's day on Wednesday in a series of tweets said: "I wish all the women in the world give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone gives."

Today Sunny has uploaded a video on twitter where she urged people to use their words wisely.

The actress who is known for her adult and bold films in Bollywood even proposed to have a "single voice" to bring about change.

"Change only happens when we have one voice, so let's choose your words wisely!" Sunny said.

In one of his early tweets, Varma said: "Women's day should be called #MensDay because men celebrate women much more than women celebrate women."

Later, after criticism for derrogatory remarks about Sunny Leone, he even apologised to those who were hurt.

In a follow up tweet, the Sarkar director said: "Was just expressing my feelings but I apologise to all who were offended due to my unintended insensitive tweets in context of women's day."
