Mumbai, June 6 (IBNS): Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's movie Toilet Ek Prem Katha will release in China on Friday.

Indian movies like PK and Dangal have made good business at the Chinese box office in recent times.

The movie has been titled as Toilet Hero in China.

"#ToiletEkPremKatha opens in China this Friday [8 June 2018] across 4300 screens... Titled #ToiletHero for the local audiences... New poster for China," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie had released during Independence Day celebration in India last year.

The movie deals with the love story of Keshav and Jaya.

Their love, marriage and how the issue of building a toilet in the village hits their life is all the trailer deals with.

It is Keshav, played by Akshay Kumar, and his fight against superstition and corruption to provide proper sanitation to all villagers, makes ToiletEk Prem Katha an interesting tale to watch.

Shree Narayan Singh directed film is written by Sidhharth and Garima, the writers of Goliyon Ki Raas Leela Ram Leela.

Toilet – Ek Prem Katha is produced by Grazing Goat Pictures along with FridayFilmworks and Kriarj Entertainment.
