John Cena surprises all by appearing almost naked on stage to present Oscars award
WWE wrestler John Cena surprised Hollywood stars and millions of viewers across the globe when he appeared on the Oscars stage by wearing almost nothing at all.
He went to the stage to present the best costume design in his hilarious way.
Host Jimmy Kimmel added to the surprise and fun by sharing that the 1974 Academy Awards saw a streaker run across the stage.
Kimmel jokingly said as quoted by CNN, “Can you imagine if a nude man ran across the stage today? Wouldn’t that be crazy?”
Cena added more humour to the moment by peeking his head from one corner of the stage and told Kimmel he didn’t want to “do the streaker bit anymore.”
Barbie actor Margot Robbie was seen laughing out loud as Cena slowly made his entry to the stage.
“It’s an elegant event. Honestly, you should feel ashamed right now for suggesting such a tasteless idea,” Cena said as quoted by CNN. “The male body is not a joke!”
Giving his message about costumes, Cena said: "Costumes, they are so important. Maybe the most important thing there is."
