One of the much-awaited posters featuring southern megastar Rajinikanth from his upcoming film Coolie was released by the makers on Wednesday.

As per the poster, the actor will play the character named Deva in the film.

Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj has released all the character posters of the film.

"Superstar @rajinikanthsir as #Deva in #Coolie  Thank you so much for this @rajinikanthsir  It’s going to be a blast," he posted on X.

In the poster, the actor could be seen holding a number stage in his hand which read '1421'.

The tag is only seen in colour in the monochrome poster.

The film stars Rajinikanth in the titular role, alongside Soubin Shahir, Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj and Upendra.

The film was officially announced in September 2023 under the tentative title Thalaivar 171, as Rajinikanth's 171st film as a lead actor, and the official title was announced in April 2024.
