Kolkata: Bengali movie actress Ishaa Saha, who has worked in several popular web series and movies in recent times, on Thursday expressed her love for shoes and said she is currently having 32 pairs in her cupboard.

"Shoes are part of our daily lives. You cannot walk out of the house without wearing a shoe. Every day, we need to step out of our houses by wearing one comfortable pair," she told IBNS at the launch of the global concept store of footwear major Crocs in Kolkata's Camac Street area on Thursday.

"Maybe I have 32 pairs of shoes in my house at present," she said.

Ishaa Saha made her film debut in Bengali cinema in 2017 as a lead with Projapoti Biskut directed by Anindya Chatterjee.

In 2018, Saha played the role of Jhinuk, a girl next door, alongside Abir Chatterjee and Arjun Chakrabarty as female protagonist in the 'Guptodhon' franchise (Guptodhoner Sondhane (2018) and Durgeshgorer Guptodhon (2019)).

Saha gained wider recognition for her performance in Sweater.

The film also turned out to be a box-office success.

She also acted opposite Dev in Golondaaj.
