Mahalaya on OTT: Hoichoi launches trailer of Mohishashur Mordini
Kolkata/IBNS: Streaming platform Hoichoi on Saturday launched the trailer of Mohishashur Mordini, the first-ever Mahalaya on an OTT platform.
The series brings forth the age-old mythology of Mahamaya for the present generation audience, making it more accessible for the worldwide audience to watch Mahalaya in real time.
Actress Rajnandini Paul stars in it as Mahamaya.
The series is set to release this Mahalaya, on October 2, marking the auspicious beginning of Devipakhha, celebrating the divine feminine and presenting an epic retelling of the mythological battle between good and evil.
The trailer showcases Mahamaya, the supreme power and embodiment of Shakti, in her various formidable forms as she fights against the Asurs (demons) to restore balance to the universe.
From Shinghobahini to Durga, Mohishashur Mordini delves into the rich tapestry of mythological tales, featuring breathtaking sequences of Mahamaya’s heroic battles, and offers viewers an immersive journey into the mystical realm of gods and demons.
The trailer promises an exhilarating experience, combining elements of mythology, action, and drama in a way that has never been done before in the world of digital entertainment.
The series revisits key moments from the mythological timeline, from Sati’s self-immolation to Shiv’s fury, and presents a thrilling interpretation of Mahamaya’s journey.
