Aamir Khan's secret behind weight loss unveiled

Mumbai, Apr 5 (IBNS): It took Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan nearly 3 months to attain a desired body to play the part of a younger wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat in his upcoming patriotic film Dangal.

Aamir, who is known to go above and beyond to play his part in movies, had dedicated everyday for nearly 3 month to achieve his weight goals.

The actor would kickstart his day as early as 6 am while in the US and would follow a strict weight loss schedule.

His daily routine would include Aamir venturing into the hilly regions of the state to trek for hours at a stretch, this was followed by cycling, weight exercises, swimming and playing tennis.

A special diet was devised for Aamir during the period which he followed religiously.
