Alia Bhatt's Jigra gets a new release date. Details inside

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt starrer upcoming film Jigra's release has been postponed to a new date.

The film, which was earlier slated to be released on September 27, 2024, will now hit the big screens on October 11, 2024.

Alia posted on X, "11.10.2024 | JIGRA | See you at the movies."

In the film, Alia will share screen space with Vedang Raina, who made his debut with The Archies.

The Vasan Bala directorial is the first film where Alia's production house Eternal Sunshine collaborated with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

The film is about a sister's love for her brother and how she would protect him.

Alia's last Bollywood film was Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, a blockbuster which was released in 2023.
