In the image, representations of Ranbir and Alia in their wedding attire can be seen, where the former is feeding the latter a butter toasted bread.
The iconic Amul girl is seen standing by the side with a plateful of bread and bread. The image is captioned, "Patt Mangni, Bhatt Byaah!".
The Amul topical on Ranbir-Alia wedding soon went all over the internet, garnering attention in no time.
The power couple dated for five years and will be soon seen pairing onscreen in Ayan Mukerji's upcoming film Brahmastra.
Both Ranbir and Alia looked ethereal in paired white ensembles. While Alia donned a white saree, Ranbir complemented her in a white sherwani.
In a post, shared on Alia's Instagram, the couple left a heartfelt message for their countless fans who waited for the first look from the wedding with bated breaths.
"Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married.
"With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites," wrote the actors who ensured to have an intimate wedding.
"Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia," the note added with several photographs from their wedding.
