The images were related to her attending the launch of an eatery in Mumbai with her husband Farhan Azmi recently.
Twitter users shared the images and memes and even said her face looked plastic.
Quoting Dita Von Teese, the actress hit back and posted: ""You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there's going to be somebody who hates peaches."
She even posted her own selfie on the Instagram account.
In an indirect message to body-shamers, the Indian actress, known for her performance in Wanted, said: "Crazzzy long arm😜 me takin selfies!
