Crime Patrol actress Preksha Mehta commits suicide

Mumbai/IBNS:  TV actress Preksha Mehta has committed suicide at her residence in Indore, media reports said.

She was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Bajrang Nagar area.

She is 25.

In her career, she has worked in episodic shows like Crime Patrol, Meri Durga and Laal Ishq.

She committed suicide late last night and It came to everyone's knowledge only today morning and was immediately rushed to hospital but by then she was no more, Spotboye reported.

The actress had moved to her hometown house before lockdown and was under stress due to work, reported the news portal.

Hira Nagar police station in-charge Rajeev Bhadoriya Spotboye she left a suicide note but no reason was stated in it.

He added, “Preksha was a TV actor and was in the city since the lockdown. We are investigating the case further to know the reason of her suicide.”
