Dia Mirza to play Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata's role in Sanju

Mumbai, Jun 7 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Dia Mirza will be seen enacting the role of actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata's character in Rajkumar Hirani directorial upcoming Hindi film Sanju.

Sanju is a biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt.

Hirani tweeted, "And here comes Dia Mirza as Maanayata, someone whose stood by #Sanju through thick and thin. #RanbirKapoor @deespeak #RajkumarHiraniFilms @foxstarhindi @VVCFilms"

Manyata Dutt is the third wife of Sanjay. The two got married in 2008.

Actor Ranbir Kapoor will essay Sanjay's character in Sanju.

The film will also feature Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor in crucial roles.

Sanju will hit the big screens on Jun 29.
