Mumbai, Mar 29 (IBNS): Bollywood actor-director-singer Farhan Akhtar has said it is "unfortunate and unfair" for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) students to sit for re-examinations following the leakage of Class X Mathematics and Class XII Economics papers.
Farhan on Thursday tweeted, "Feel terrible for all students who have to re-sit their exams for no fault of their own. So unfair and unfortunate. Wish them strength to get through this time."

The new dates for the examination will be announced within a week, the CBSE said.
Union Human Resource and Development Minister Prakash Javadekar said people behind the leak incident will be booked.
"I understand troubles of the students," Javadekar said while addressing a press conference.
"Some parts of the paper were leaked on WhatsApp. We made a police complaint on the issue. Investigation is underway and strict action will be taken," he said.
More than 20 lakh students are sitting for the Class X and Class XII board exams this year.
The board examinations began on Mar 5.
