Hindi Medium shines at Chinese Box Office

Mumbai/Beijing, Apr 7 (IBNS): Away from India, actor Irrfan Khan's Hindi Medium is creating magic at the Chinese Box Office.

The movie, which released in India last year, managed to mint over Rs. 100 crores at the Chinese Box Office in three days.

The movie released in China recently.

"Riding on extremely positive word of mouth, #HindiMedium packs yet another SOLID DAY in China... Crosses ₹ 100 cr in 3 days... Eyeing a fruitful innings at China BO... Wed $ 3.42 mn Thu $ 6.29 mn Fri $ 6.04 mn Total: $ 15.75 million [₹ 102.29 cr]," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie is directed by Saket Chaudhary.

The film stars Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar in the lead roles, with Deepak Dobriyal and Dishita Sehgal in supporting roles.
