Speaking at the trailer launch of the series, Subhashree on Monday said, "Indubala Bhaater Hotel was a very emotional journey for me. The kind of bonding we co-actors shared in it is because of Indubala's story.

"Indubala will remain with me forever. This journey was very intense and sweet."

Throwing light on the challenges actors face in Tollywood, the actor added, "The way we work and excel in the Bengali industry despite various constraints is something for artistes working outside Kolkata to learn. In Tollywood, we have honesty and emotion, which always get reflected on the screen."

The trailer shows Indubala, who moved from East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) to Calcutta (now Kolkata) after marriage, finding solace in food and sharing her culture and love through food with the masses.

Subhashree's maiden OTT project will premiere on Hoichoi on Mar 8.
