Mumbai, Dec 6 (IBNS): Seems like a repeat of the year 2015 for Deepika Padukone. After playing title role of Piku for Shoojit Sircar's film Piku, she is set to play another title role of Padmavati in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film.

Deepika won so many hearts with her portrayal of this Bengali girl Piku in 2015 and also won awards for the same.

Now she has got into the mode of playing Padmavati of Chittor.

Deepika who has always treated her fans with stupendous acting and has left no stone unturned in wowing the masses.

The actress puts in a lot of hard work into every character and they last forever in the minds of the audiences.

Lots of her characters stay with you and don't vanish with the film. That is the amount of dedication she puts into every character, every film.

She is currently set to do the same for Padmavati. The actress is shooting nights for the film in Mumbai.
