Priyanka Chopra attends annual White House Correspondents' Dinner, meets Obamas

Washington, May 1 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra met US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama as she attended the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday.

She called the President a very 'very funny and charming' person.

"Lovely to meet the very funny and charming @barackobama and the beautiful @michelleobama . Thank you for a lovely evening. Cannot wait to start working on your girls education program#whitehousecorrespondentdinner
" Chopra wrote on her Instagram page.

The Indian actress, who is currently making a mark in the international entertainment industry with her performance in television series 'Quantico', was seen wearing a deep-cut, black and sheer-stripe gown in the dinner.

Chopra, who is known for her acting in Indian films like 'Barfi', 'Krrish', 'Bajirao Mastani', among others, gained international attention with her performance in US TV series 'Quantico'.

She also busy filming for her debut Hollywood movie 'Baywatch'.
