Producer Sajid Nadiadwala's will have busy 2015

Mumbai, Dec 17 (IBNS): After starting this awards season with a bang, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment (NGE) will now begin shooting for their upcoming project next week.

Tentatively titled ‘Heer Ranjha’ the film will see the successful trio of Tiger Shroff, Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sabbir Khan together once again.

The shooting for this love story will start on Dec 21 at Film City studio for two days, while the second half will completely be shot abroad.

This will also be the second time that the actor will be working with his mentor producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sabbir Khan.

According to the reports, the first half of the movie will focus on Tiger’s innocence and his love story, eventually moving to an action mode which spans locations from Thailand, Malaysia to Hong Kong.

The team will also be collaborating with duo Sajid Wajid and Manj for the music.

The trio had earlier worked together in Heropanti, which was also Tiger’s debut film. The film was a massive hit and garnered positive reviews from audiences, Tiger was appreciated for his action packed role.

The actor also won the title of New Talent Awards Superstar of Tomorrow at the Stardust Awards 2014 for ‘Heropanti’.

A representative from NGE confirmed the news saying, “Sajid Nadiadwala shares a good rapport with Tiger and Sabbir. After a hit film like Heropanti, they were keen to work together once again. The film promises to be an entertainer just like every Nadiadwala film.”

Director Sabbir added, “I’m excited to start another great journey with Sajid Sir & Tiger”. No other details have been revealed except that the film is expected to go on floors by end of 2014.

This year was great for Sajid Nadiadwala as his directorial debut Kick was a blockbuster and his other three releases also did exceptionally well. With four awards to his credit the producer is on a successful streak.

The year 2015 is busy for producer Sajid Nadiadwala with five films in his kitty. He is working with Imtiaz Ali, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor for the second time in Tamasha, releasing on Christmas 2015.

He also has director Kabir Khan’s Phantom with Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, releasing on April 3, 2015. Apart from these, he is also coming with the next installment of the successful Housefull franchise, Tiger Shroff’s next as well as director Rohit Dhawan’s next.
