Rajinikanth will soon be seen in Bear Grylls show, thanks to his host for 'unforgettable' experience

Chennai/IBNS: Southern superstar Rajinikanth will soon be seen in a special episode of adventure series 'Into The Wild with Bear Grylls’.

The shooting for the episode was held in Mysore, media reports said.

Rajinikanth thanked shows anchor Bear Grylls and tweeted: "Thank you very much dear @BearGrylls for an unforgettable experience ... love you.
@DiscoveryIN thank you #IntoTheWildWithBearGrylls."

Rajinikanth is the second big Indian to feature in the show after Indian PM Narendra Modi.

Bear, who has gained fame as the anchor of the show,  had earlier hosted prominent celebrities like former American President Barack Obama, actress Kate Winslet, Tennis icon Roger Federer among others.

Speaking on the Rajinikanth episode, Bear tweeted: " After our episode with Prime Minister @NarendraModi of India helped create a bit of TV history, (3.6 billion impressions), superstar @Rajinikanth joins me next, as he makes his TV debut on our new show #IntoTheWildWithBearGrylls on
@DiscoveryIN . #ThalaivaOnDiscovery."
