Ranveer Singh's Simmba collects Rs. 233.15 cr at box office

Mumbai, Jan 19 (IBNS): Actor Ranveer Singh starrer Hindi film Simmba has collected Rs. 233.15 crore so far at the Indian box office.

The film was released on Dec 28, 2018.

However, the business slowed down on last Friday.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Simmba registers a decline on fourth Fri...Biz should witness a positive turnaround on Sat and Sun, which was evident in last two weekends as well... [Week 4] Fri 66 lakhs. Total: ₹ 233.15 cr. India biz... #Overseas total till 18 Jan 2019: $ 12.791 mn [₹ 91.11 cr]."

Simmba, which has been directed by Rohit Shetty, also stars young Sara Ali Khan.

Sara, who made her Bollywood debut with Kedarnath in Dec, 2018, is the daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan.
