Shah Rukh Khan's cousin Noor Jehan dies in Pakistan

Peshawar/IBNS: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's cousin Noor Jehan has died in a Pakistani city of Peshawar, media reports said.

Noor Jehan, a cousin of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has passed away in Peshawar, her family told Geo News

Noor Jehan's younger brother, Mansoor Ahmed, confirmed the news of her death to Geo News, saying that she had been fighting cancer for some time.

Noor is a paternal cousin of the leading Indian film actor.

She resided in Mohallah Shah Wali Qataal area close to Peshawar's Qissa Khwani Bazaar.

Having previously served as a district and town councillor, Noor Jehan was politically active and had even filed nomination papers for the provincial assembly (PK-77) seat in the July 2018 general elections before withdrawing at the last moment, reported Geo News.
