Mumbai, June 28 (IBNS): Shahid Kapoor has been getting rave reviews for his performance in Udta Punjab.
Tommy Singh, his character has been loved by everyone and only appreciation has been pouring in for the 'Haider' actor.

If one has keenly observed his choice of films, the actor as been fearlessly picking up challenging roles and has never shied away from taking risks.

Shahid has been really brave with his choice of films, the then known as a chocolate boy actor, just stunned everyone with his performance in 'Haider' and has done the same with 'Tommy Singh' in 'Udta Punjab'.

Kaminey, Haider, Udta Punjab, indeed have been really off beat characters that Shahid has pulled off with ease and his upcoming film Rangoon, in which he plays an army officer, really makes us look forward to it.

On taking risks, Shahid Kapoor shares, "I don't want to be part of something that's already happened. I want to make difficult choices... scary choices. I have always tried to change my looks in most of my films. So, for me, getting in and outof a film takes time. I like it that way."

Shahid is currently in Spain for a popular award function, which he'll also be seen hosting with Farhan Akhtar.

The actor will be next seen in Vishal Bharadwaj's 'Rangoon', which releases early next year.
