Shubh Mangal Saavdhan puts up strong show at BO, mint Rs. 8 crores

Mumbai, Sept 3 (IBNS): Actor Ayushmann Khurrana's latest released movie Shubh Mangal Saavdhan performed strongly at the Box Office on Saturday with the movie earning Rs. 8 crores so far.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#ShubhMangalSaavdhan has EXCELLENT Sat... Biz doubles actually... Fri 2.71 cr, Sat 5.56 cr. Total: â‚¹ 8.27 cr. India biz."

The movie released on Friday.

The movie is seeing the reunion of Bhumi and Ayushmann who had earlier worked together in 2015 released movie Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

The movie is directed by R.S. Prasanna and produced by Aanand L Rai.

Bhumi was last seen in another major August release Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
