Sidharth Malhotra de stresses with basketball

Mumbai, May 21 (IBNS): Actor Sidharth Malhotra has a new mantra of de-stressing himself.
The actor has been playing basketball to de-stress. It is also a new way of sweating it out.

Sidharth feels that it's the best and a natural exercise.

With the shoot of Kapoor and sons starting off, the actor’s schedule has become tight. However despite being busy, Sidharth is making sure that he removes time out and plays the game at least for an hour.

The Delhi boy feels that an exercise in an open space is more refreshing as compared to the normal work out in gym.

Sidharth confirms the news and shares, “I enjoy exercising outdoors or playing basketball whenever I get the time. I feel it is much more relaxing to workout in open spaces than in a gym.”

Sidharth has currently been busy with his next release Brothers and is in the midst of shooting for Shakun Batra's next where he will be seen teaming up with his debut co star Alia Bhatt.
