The main ingredient for a great dish and a happy family is love, says Love, Sitara actor Rajeev Siddhartha

Actor Rajeev Siddartha, who plays the male protagonist in the upcoming film Love, Sitara - also starring Sobhita Dhulipala, shares a beautiful insight of a happy family.

As the expectation of the upcoming film titled Love, Sitara - starring Rajeev Sidhartha and Sobhita Dhulipala - is only rising high, the male protagonist of the film, who is also playing a chef, reveals the best kept secret of good food and happy family.

The story of the film revolves around two individuals – Arjun and Sitara – and their family when they decide to get married.

The film beautifully showcases not only the culture of Punjab and Kerala but also an emotional journey of two families.

Expressing his thoughts, Rajeev Siddhartha says, "Our film is a heartfelt story on love, family dynamics, relationships, betrayal and family secrets. And of course, food. I am playing the character of a chef named Arjun.

"The story of the film takes the audience on a journey with Arjun and Sitara, their emotional ups and downs. The narrative also focuses on every character and the conflicts they are dealing with, internally and how it gets resolved eventually."

"However, what is interesting is, how there is a similarity between food and family. A family brings all our loved ones together just like a dish is a culmination of multiple ingredients. But whether it is building a happy family or a perfectly cooked dish, the ingredients that hold everything together are - patience and love.”

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Movies and directed by Vandana Kataria, the film also features - Sonali Kulkarni, B Jayashree, Virginia Rodrigues, Sanjay Bhutiani, Tamara D’Souza, Rijul Ray among others – will be streaming on ZEE5 from September 27.
