World Cup: Rain-affected India-New Zealand semifinal match to resume today
Manchester, July 10 (IBNS): After rain had disturbed the semifinal match a day ago, India and New Zealand will resume their play here on the reserve day on Wednesday.
The match was stopped due to heavy rains at 46.1 overs with New Zealand batting and reaching a score of 211/5.
New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson had won the toss and opted to bat against India in the knock-out stage of the semi-final clash of the ICC Cricket World Cup at Old Trafford.
Jasprit Bumrah will resume the bowling when the match starts on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, India will bat after New Zealand complete their innings.
