First Test: India declare first innings at 502/7, Mayank scores 215
Visakhapatnam: After Rohit Sharma's dazzling 176, Mayank Agarwal slammed a double hundred on the second day of first Test match against South Africa as India declared their first innings at 502/7.
Though Rohit was dismissed at 176, Mayank continued with his batting and scored 215 off 371 balls. He hit 23 fours and six sixes.
Though the Indian middle-order couldn't fire, allrounder Ravindra Jadeja played an unbeaten knock of 30 off 46 balls.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha scored a quick 21 off 16 balls.
Keshav Maharaj was the most successful bowler for South Africa. He picked three wickets for 189 runs.
