IPL 2020: CSK win toss, opt to field against Kings XI Punjab

Abu Dhabi/UNI: MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings won the toss and opted to field against KL Rahul’s Kings XI Punjab in the 53rd match of the IPL 2020, at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, here on Sunday.

CSK made three changes in their playing XI as Faf du Plessis, Imran Tahir and Shardul Thakur came in place of Shane Watson, Mitchell Santner, Karn Sharma for this match.

On the other hand, KXIP made two changes in their playing XI as James Neesham and Mayank Agarwal replaced Glenn Maxwell, Arshdeep Singh.

Chennai Super Kings: Faf du Plessis, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Ambati Rayudu, MS Dhoni(w/c), N Jagadeesan, Ravindra Jadeja, Sam Curran, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar, Lungi Ngidi, Imran Tahir

Kings XI Punjab : KL Rahul(w/c), Mayank Agarwal, Chris Gayle, Nicholas Pooran, Mandeep Singh, James Neesham, Deepak Hooda, Chris Jordan, Murugan Ashwin, Ravi Bishnoi, Mohammed Shami
