Amit De and Dilip Mukherjee emerged best in Shree Cement Weekly Bridge

Kolkata,/IBNS: Amit De and Dilip Mukherjee emerged best at the Shree Cement Weekly Pairs Bridge championship securing 2.10 Master Points ( MPs ) at the eighth edition of the meet held on line Wednesday evening.

They are followed by  Shankar Acharya & R P Tripathi ( 1.99 MPs) and Sukanta Das & Basudev Bhattacharya ( 1.70 MPs) who took the second and third position respectively.

Former weekly topper duo of Suman Sengupta & Sailaranjan Das could not live up to the expectation and  finished fourth with 1.53 MPs while Suresh Ranjan Bhattacharya & Subrta  Chatterjee came fifth ( 1.38 MPs.).

Last week's first place holders Sukalyan Sarkar & Rajendra Sirohia were also off colour as they ended at sixth position collecting 1.24 MPs.
