New Delhi: Indian bowler Mohammad Shami dropped an epic 'Karma' Twitter post for former pace icon Shoaib Akhtar after he had criticised Rohit Sharma's bowling squad for their semi-finals performance against England.

Incidentally, England defeated Pakistan in the final of the T20 World Cup to clinch the tournament.

After Akhtar posted a heartbroken emoji after Pakistan lost the final clash, Shami tweeted: "Sorry brother. It’s call karma."

"India did not deserve to go to the finals," Akhtar had said in a Youtube post.

He had questioned the future plan of the Indian team.

"When Indian bowling will be ruthless like their batting then only they can perform successfully in ICC events," he said.
