Indian billionaire businessman Anand Mahindra has given a huge shout out to cricket icon Virat Kohli for his stupendous fielding along the boundary rope during the third T20I match against Afghanistan at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday.

In an X post loaded with humour, Mahindra, the chairman of the Mahindra Group, said, "Hello, Isaac Newton? Could you help us define a new law of physics to account for this phenomenon of anti-gravity??"

Though he couldn't hold a near-impossible catch, Kohli's fielding effort along the rope certainly saved six runs in a big relief for the men in blue in the high intensity match.

In the match which turned out to be a thriller, Afghanistan managed to equalise India's total of 212 in 20 overs, taking the match to the Super Over.

In more thrill, the first Super Over was also tied.

In the follow up Super Over, Ravi Bishnoi's disciplined bowling overpowered Afghanistan to win the match and clinch the series 3-0 for India.

India captain Rohit Sharma was the man of the moment on Wednesday as he slammed an unbeaten 121 off 69 balls and also went for big hits in the Super Over contest.
