Fans miffed over Sanjiv Goenka's outburst on KL Rahul, serve him with SRK's example for handling losses
A massive outrage surfaced online among fans and experts after Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka's outburst on skipper KL Rahul following the team's heavy loss against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2024.
LSG lost to SRH as Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma produced brilliant batting performances to chase down the 166-run target in just 9.4 overs.
After the match, Goenka was caught on camera having a heated conversation with KL Rahul and head coach Justin Langer.
Fans and experts were not happy with the LSG owner's behaviour after the match and they took to social media to show their support for Rahul even giving examples of how the Kolkata Knight Riders co-owner takes losses with grace and humility.
The video showing Goenka lashing out at KL Rahul has irked the netizens as they slammed the owner for having the heated discussion in public.
Some also asked Goenka to learn from the leadership skills of Shah Rukh Khan, the co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders team since the inception of IPL in 2008.

What's Your Take on This 🤔pic.twitter.com/q9MaRHU4dl
After losing the match, see the difference in the attitudes of these two owners. Shah Rukh Khan is far superior in handling losses, comforting and motivating the team, and giving due credit to the opposition. It's a rare quality of SRK.@iamsrk @kkr@LucknowIPL @IPL #Goenka… pic.twitter.com/qVDEXNI2Pu
