Sri Lanka thrash Bangladesh
Posting 332 for one on the scorecard, the Sri Lankan bowlers bowled out Bangladesh for 240 in 47 overs.
Sabbir Rahman was the only batsman to score 53 runs for Bangladesh and remained the top-scorer for the side.
Anamul Haque (29), Soumya Sarkar (25), Mahmudullah (28), Shakib Al Hasan (46) and Mushfiqur Rahim (36) could not convert the starts they got in the match.
Lasith Malinga took three wickets for Sri Lanka.
Lahiru Thirimanne (52) and Tillakaratne Dilshan (161) gave Sri Lanka a dream start as they posted 122 runs on the opening side.
After Rubel Hossain dismissed Thirimanne, Kumar Sangakkara (105) joined Dilshan in adding 210 runs in the second wicket partnership which helped Sri Lanka post 332 runs on the scorecard.
Sri Lanka currently stand on the second spot with four points from three matches.
