Fans protest against Moin Khan

India Blooms News Service | | 26 Feb 2015, 11:56 pm
Karachi, Feb 26 (IBNS) Amid poor show by the national side in the World Cup and a casino-visit controversy around Moin Khan, a fan protested against the Pakistan Chief Selector by breaking eggs on his head.

A small group had gathered at the airport to protest against Khan here.

Khan returned home as he was recalled from Australia by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as he reportedly visited a Casino in Christchurch a night before his side's crucial clash against West Indies.

Pakistan had lost the match against the former World Cup winning side.

"Luckily, Moin Khan gave the angry crowd and the media the slip exiting the airport from a different gate," Geo News reported.

A protester was caught on camera breaking an egg on his own head.

"Unable to register their protest with Khan, fans smashed eggs seemingly bought for Moin Khan, on their own heads," the news channel reported.
