Melbourne, Mar 28 (IBNS): New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum has said that the final match of the World Cup against five-time champions Australia is the 'ultimate game' for his side.

Winning all the games so far in the tournament, including a group stage clash against Australia, Brendon McCullum's side have so far put up a strong show in the tournament.

New Zealand is playing their first World Cup final.

McCullum was quoted as saying by blackcaps.co.nz: "This is the ultimate game for us to be able to play."

“Everyone is excited about it, I’m sure some guys will be nervous tomorrow morning, but it certainly whets the appetites. It’s the greatest stage we can ask for,” he said.

The skipper said his side will continue the aggressive approach in their clash against Michael Clarke's men on Sunday.

New Zealand reached the final of the tournament by beating South Africa in the semi-final.
