Steve O'Keefe also took four wickets for the Australia side as Abhinav Mukund remained the top scorer for India A with his 59.
Chasing 62 runs for victory, Cameron Bancroft (21*) and Usman Khawaja (41*) reached the target in just 6.1 overs with none of the India A bowlers causing any trouble for the openers.
The first Test of the series had ended in a draw.
