Kumar Sangakkara to retire after 2nd Test, players pay tribute

Colombo/Mumbai, Aug 17 (IBNS) Sri Lankan batting great Kumar Sangakkara will be retiring from Test cricket at the end of second match of the three-match Test series against India.

On this occasion members of Team India and Sri Lankan team have paid their tributes to Sangakkara, the BCCI said in a statement.

The second match of the series will commence from Thursday.

Sri Lanka took 1-0 lead after beating India in the first Test.
