The cadets belonging to the West Bengal and Sikkim NCC Directorate were flagged-in at the ‘Man-of-War’ jetty by Major General Ashok Kumar, GOC, Bengal Area and Maj Gen Ashish Kumar Ghosh, Additional Director General, NCC Directorate of West Bengal & Sikkim.

The expedition which was earlier flagged off on Oct 15, with two Officers, nine Parade Instructors, one Girl Cadet Instructor, one medical assistant and other staff members in two safety boats, halted at Raghunathganj, Berhampur, Katwa, Mayapur, Kalna, Rishra and Dakshineswar along the expedition route.
